Vasse Felix - Shiraz

This wine shows off a clear, bright ruby color with a touch of purple. On the nose and palate, there’s a lively burst of raspberry, cranberry, and Japanese sour plum mingling with hints of aniseed, white pepper, cacao, clove, and a whiff of pine sawdust. It starts out silky-smooth, then finishes with a bit of chalkiness and a long, aromatic dry finish. You’ll notice flavors of raspberry and cranberry juice, a kick of red peppercorn spice, and just a trace of red liquorice left behind.
