The Coldstream Guard - Chardonnay

This Chardonnay shows off plenty of character and complexity, while staying true to a style that’s both intense and refined. Right out of the gate, it’s appealing and supple, with good palate weight and a nice balance of ripeness and gentle acidity. You’ll catch aromas of lemon curd, Red Delicious apple, tarragon, and a hint of flint—which later unfold into lemongrass and galangal. On the palate, a creamy, pear-like texture meets fresh acidity for a long, flavorful finish. Serve it chilled, ideally between 8 and 12°C. It’s also vegan-friendly.
