Foggy Hill Pinot Noir pours a deep, vibrant purple. You’ll notice delicate, floral aromas with some spice, but what really stands out are the layers of ripe strawberry and a subtle earthiness. It has moderate alcohol and a smooth, fine texture, letting the flavors come through clean and bright. This is the purest taste of Foggy Hill yet.

Tasting Notes | The wine is translucent with a carmine hue. The aroma is of fragrant cherry and blue berry fruits with the faint spice of stalks. The oak provides a complexing but muted Chinese 5 spice bouquet and all of this is reflected in the flavour of the wine. The flavours are delicate and lively, and the tannins refined. 2019 Tapanappa Foggy Hill Pinot Noir is the reflection of the perfectly ripe fruit from which it was made and is a "typical expression of the unique Foggy Hill terroir." |
