St Hallett - Old Block Shiraz 2019

The 2019 Old Block Shiraz pours a deep garnet and shows off some bold, intense colors. On the nose, it's complex and elegant, with notes of black cherry, satsuma plum, a hint of fennel seed, and a dash of exotic spice. Take a sip, and you'll find layers of black cherry, satsuma plum, cardamom, savory spices, and touches of cedary oak. It's a richly concentrated Shiraz with plenty of midpalate fruit and smooth, textured tannins. It's well balanced and made to age beautifully for years.
