Bin 138 is a bold blend of Shiraz, Grenache, and Mataro (Mourvèdre), inspired by the rich, aromatic wines of Southern Rhône. Each varietal is matured separately in seasoned oak before they're brought together just before bottling, creating a full-bodied wine with a heady perfume. The first release of this blend was in 1992, with the 'Bin 138' title introduced in 1998.
