You’ll notice subtle aromas—think rhubarb, violets, earth, chervil, mace, leather, pencil shavings, and a hint of cocoa nib, along with a stemmy note thanks to fermentation with stalks. On the palate, it has a graceful balance, with natural acidity giving you a tart pop of strawberry, tamarind, and peach stone. The fruit weight is soft and inviting, while talc-like tannins offer a smooth, sweeping finish.
