It’s made from grapes that come from low-yield vineyards, carefully picked to capture their best flavors. You’ll notice dark cherry notes and a solid structure, along with touches of elegance, spice, and a hint of perfume. The winemaking process involves various handling and fermentation techniques, even using whole bunches for added complexity. Each batch gets time to mature in both seasoned and new oak for up to nine months before everything comes together in the final blend.
