This wine shines with a pale green hue and lots of crisp grapefruit on the nose. On the palate, you’ll notice a bit of oak blending smoothly with juicy citrus notes and a hint of bran meal. Its bright, pure acidity really stands out and lingers nicely. Overall, it’s a top-tier vintage that practically picked itself!

Tasting Notes | Perfect, pale green colour and lifted grapefruit aromas. The minimal oak sits nicely with the fine, juicy citrus flavours on the palate accompanied by subtle bran meal. The driving force of this wine is the acidity – long and pure. Approximately two-thirds from Beechworth the balance being from a combination of the Yarra Valley, Tumbarumba and the Hunter Valley. The final components of this wine basically selected themselves. Another top-notch vintage! |
