Tasting Notes | Best's Great Western Bin 1 Shiraz is a deep vermillion red with a purple hue in colour. The bouquet has pungent notes of cracked pepper and cinnamon, with blackberry, raspberry and liquorice all having a say. Layered and complex. The palate has very plush, but spicy red and blue fruits which interplay with the fine long tannins to create a harmony of medium bodied extract and flavour. Ideal to drink with a roast rack of lamb and roasted vegetables. |
