This Pinot Noir is all about elegance and character. Fermented in small batches with the skins gently plunged twice a day, it’s developed deep flavors and a gorgeous texture. After maturing for 10 months in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels on yeast lees, it offers a creamy, smooth feel on the palate. And to make sure every subtle nuance shines through, it’s been bottled unfined and unfiltered.
